What is a desktop riser?
A desktop riser is placed on top of an existing table or desk to create an elevated working surface.
ALTO desktop risers are intended to support laptop-based work and may include separate surfaces for a laptop, keyboard, and mouse, depending on the product model.
Ordering & Pricing
How much do ALTO products cost?
Prices depend on the product model, dimensions, materials, finish, custom requirements, and delivery location.
We will provide estimated pricing after reviewing your request.
Does submitting the form confirm an order?
No.
Submitting the form only requests product information. It does not create an order and does not require payment.
An order is created only after the final specifications, quotation, payment terms, and delivery conditions have been confirmed.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product, material availability, selected finish, custom requirements, and current workload.
The estimated production time will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery options may be available in Asunción and other areas of Paraguay.
Availability and delivery charges depend on the destination and product size. Please include your city or delivery area in your enquiry.
Assembly & Use
Does the product require assembly?
Assembly requirements depend on the product model.
Some desktop risers may use a simple slot-in or flat-pack structure, while standing desks may require additional assembly.
Instructions will be provided when applicable.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Return conditions depend on whether the product is standard, customised, unused, or defective.
Custom-made products may not be returnable solely because of a change of mind once production has started.
